The South Florida Recommendation: Every 2–3 Years

For most South Florida homeowners in Miami-Dade, Broward, and Palm Beach County, we recommend professional air duct cleaning every 2 to 3 years. The constant humidity creates conditions where dust, bacteria, and allergens accumulate much faster than in drier climates. Your AC also runs virtually year-round in South Florida — far more than in northern states — which means more air cycling through your ducts and faster buildup.
