From Hallandale Beach to Deerfield Beach, from Weston east to the coast — we service every city in Broward County. Our main office is Broward-based and our 954 number is the one most of our Broward customers know us by.
Broward County is our home base. We're registered Florida CAC1823376 and most of our techs live here — we drive these roads every day. That matters because Broward isn't one market; it's really three: the coastal strip (Hollywood, Fort Lauderdale, Pompano), the central suburbs (Plantation, Davie, Coral Springs), and the western edge (Pembroke Pines, Miramar, Weston). Each has its own housing stock and its own typical HVAC issues, and we've seen them all.
Coral Springs, Parkland, Weston, Cooper City — typical 1990s-2010s homes with standard ducted central AC. Our bread and butter.
Hollywood, Fort Lauderdale, Pompano Beach, Hillsboro — salt air, humidity, more frequent coil cleaning needed.
Offices in Plantation and Sunrise, restaurants along Las Olas, warehouses off I-95 — we cover commercial HVAC across the county.
Most of our trucks are based in Broward. If your AC dies in Davie or Hollywood at 9am, we're usually there by lunch.

A few Broward-specific things worth knowing: homes built in the mid-1980s expansion (a lot of inland Broward) often have ductwork that's been running 35+ years with original sealing — these are our most dramatic before-and-after jobs. Coastal properties in Hollywood, Fort Lauderdale Beach, and Pompano need more frequent coil cleaning because of salt air. Weston and Parkland's newer builds (post-2000) usually have better insulation and shorter duct runs, which means quicker, less-expensive cleanings. Hallandale Beach and Hollywood's high-rise condos often require HOA coordination — we're used to it.
